Postural correction exercises while walking

  • Walking with stretched-out chest, head raised (we stretch up from the crown of our head!)
  • Walking, gripping the elbows behind the body,
  • Walking, lifting knees forward,  rolling on the balls of the feet
  • Walking, lifting legs backwards, extending the arms backward, overhead
  • Walking on toes 4x, on heels 4x, hands on hips,
  • Walking on outer edges of feet, rotating arms forward 4x, backward 4x, at shoulder level
  • Walking with torso bend forward, hands interlocked at the back, arms diagonally down,  
  • Walking on toes, stretching upward,
  • Moving on all fours, stretching parallel legs and arms, sliding hands forward,
  • Moving on all fours, stretching opposite legs and arms
