Table 15: Exercises with the gymnastic stick

Starting position: Standing upright, the gymnastic stick down
1 beat: jumping with a 900 turn to the left into a crosswise astride position , swinging the stick to the front vertical position;
2 beat: jumping into the left crosswise astride position, swinging the stick into the opposite direction;
3 beat: jumping into the left crosswise astride position, swinging the stick back;
4 beat: jumping with a 900 turn to the right, lowering the stick into the starting position;
5-8 beat: in the opposite direction.
Assume the starting position!
Start the exercise! 1-2-3-4-jump-6-back-8! …7 and relax!
Bring your legs together and hold the stick down!
Jump with a 900 turn to the left into a crosswise astride position and swing the stick to the front vertical position! 1!
Change the position of your legs, turning the stick into the opposite direction! 2!
Jump into the left crosswise stride position, turning the stick back! 3!
Jump with a 900 turn to the right and lower the stick into the starting position! 4!
Do it in the opposite direction! 5-6-7-8!
Continue the exercise!
1-2-3-4-jump-6-back-8! …7 and relax!

Starting position: standing astride, the stick down
1-2 beat: raising the stick overhead;
3-4 beat: bending the torso forward, bending knees and lowering the stick behind the head;
5-6 beat: raising torso, straightening knees and raising the stick overhead;
7-8 beat: bringing the stick down into the starting position.
Jumping into the starting position!
Start the exercise! 1-2-3-4-up-6-down-8! … 7 and relax!
Jump into the starting position, holding the stick down!
Bring the stick up, overhead! 1-2!
Bend your torso forward, bend your knees and bring the stick down behind your head! 3-4!
Raise our torso and straighten your knees, bringing the stick up, overhead! 5-6!
Bring the stick down into the starting position! 7-8!
Continue the exercise!
1-2-3-4-up-6-le-8! … 7 and relax!
