Table 14: Exercises with the ball

Starting position: standing astride, hands on hips, the ball is on the floor between the legs.
1-2 beat: jumping 2x;
3-4.ütem: jumping 2x, bringing the ankles together, above the ball.
Assume the starting position! Start the exercise! 1-2-3-4-jump-2-ankles close- 4! …3 and stop!
Stand over the ball in a stride position; put your hands on your hips! Start jumping 2x! 1-2!
Then close your ankles above the ball 2x! 3-4!
Continue the exercise!
1-2-3-4-jump-2-ankles close-4! …3 and stop!
Starting positon: standing in a stride position, hands on hips, the ball on the floor between the legs! Assume the starting positon!
Jump 2x! 1-2!
Jump 2x, closing the ankles above the ball! 3-4!

Starting position: standing astride, the ball in the downright position, in front of the body
1 beat: rotating torso to the left, swinging the ball forward to shoulder level;
2 beat: bending torso backward, swinging the ball upright, overhead;
3 beat: straightening torso, lowering the ball to the shoulder level;
4 beat: rotating torso to the front, lowering the ball to the starting position;
5-8 beat: repeat beats 1-4 in the opposite direction.
Assume the starting position!
Start the exercise! 1-2-3-4-rotate-bend-straght up -swing-back! …3 and stop!
Take the ball and hold it in a downward position, in front of your body!
Rotate your torso to the left and swing the ball forward to shoulder level! 1!
Bend backward and swing the ball upward, overhead! 2!
Straighten your torso and lower the ball to the front, to shoulder level! 3!
Turn back and lower the ball to the starting position! 4!
Repeat in the opposite direction! 5-6-7-8!
Start the exercise!
Start the exercise! 1-2-3-4-rotate-bend-straght up -swing-back! …3 and stop!
Starting position: Standing astride, the ball in the downright position, in front of the body! Assume the starting position!
Torso rotation to the left, swinging the ball forward to shoulder level! 1!
Torso bent backward, swinging the ball upright! 2!
Straightening torso, the ball lowered forward to the shoulder level! 3!
Torso rotation forward, the back down to the starting position! 4!
Now in the opposite direction! 5-6-7-8!
Continue the exercise, start!

Starting position: sitting on the floor, legs extended forward, the ball between ankles 10 centimeter above the floor, hands behind the body
1-4 beat: rotating the ball to the left;
5-8 beat: the same in the opposite direction.
Assume the starting position! Start the exercise! 1-2-3-4-to the right-6-7-8! …7 and relax!
Sit down and squeeze the ball between your ankles! Raise the ball 10 centimeters above the floor and put your hands behind your body! Rotate the ball to the left! 1-2-3-4!
To the right! 5-6-7-8! Continue the exercise! 1-2-3-4-to the right-6-7-8! …7 and stop!
Sit down, extend your legs! The ball between ankles! Hands behind the body! Raising the ball 10 centimeters above the floor! This is the starting position! Ball rotation to the left! 1-2-3-4!
To the right! 5-6-7-8!
Start the exercise! 1-2-3-4-to the right-6-7-8! …7 and stop!
