1 beat: jumping, swinging the rope forward;
2 beat: jumping, crossing the rope over when swinging forward.
Assume the starting position! Start the exercise! 1-2-jump-2-! …1 and stop!
Assume the standing position and hold the rope down, behind your body!
Jump continuously, swinging the rope1x in a plain manner 1x crossing the rope over in front of the body!

1-2 beat: jumping 2x on the left leg, swinging the rope forward;
3-4 beat: jumping 2x on both legs, swinging the rope forward;
5-8 beat: beats 1-4 in the opposite direction.
