There are phases that can be left out such as:
- verbal explanation
- illustration
- performing an exercise once
- correction
Phases that can be merged
- verbal explanation and illustration (when the exercise is not too difficult or strenuous);
- performing the exercise once and correct movements;
- correction and continuous performance of the exercise;
The form of communication: simple/brief verbal explanation
It is advised to use this method when the exercise can be executed within a short time and the process cannot be slowed down.
Sequence of phases: it is simple/short in case of verbal instructions.
- specifying starting positions
- specifying rhythm /tempo
- explaining task rhythm by rhythm while listing the name of movements/motions, their direction and extension. If the exercise can be performed with another limb it should be emphasized.
