Methods of balance exercises
These exercises are crucial to help students synchronize their movements. Teaching should start on floor/ ground then we can use bench and beam etc. It is important to teach techniques which make students give up using any support. First they can practice on the spot, later they are allowed to change postures and positions, for example, walking on line or on toes, upturned bench and beam etc. These exercises presuppose the ability of coordinating nervous system and muscles. Therefore PE classes should be started with these exercises.
