Table 13: Exercises with the bean bag

Starting position: Standing astride, the bean bag held down, before the body
1-4 beat: raising the arms to to the sides and then up, overhead, the bean bag in the left hand;
5-8 beat: lowering arms into the starting position, the bean bag in the right hand.
Assume the starting position! Start the exercise! 1-2-3-4-back-6-7-8! Up-2-3-4-le-6-7-8! ...7 and relax!
Stand astride, take the bean bag and hold it down, in front of your body! Raise your arms to your side and up, overhead, holding the bean bag in your left hand! 1-2-3-4! Then lower the arms down, the bean bag in your right hand! 5-6-7-8!
Continue the exercise!
1-2-3-4-back-6-7-8! Up-2-3-4-down-6-7-8! ...7 and relax!
Standing astride, the bean bag down, in front of the body. This is the starting position! Assume the starting position! Arms to the side and up, overhead, the bean bag in the left hand! 1-2-3-4! Arms down into the starting position, the bean bag in the right hand! 5-6-7-8!
Continue the exercise!
1-2-3-4-back-6-7-8! Up-2-3-4-down-6-7-8! ...7 and relax!
Starting position: standing on the right leg, the left leg raised in front, the bean bag on the right foot, hands on hips
1-2 beat: lifting the bean bag forward and up;
3-4 beat: lowering the bean bag to the starting position.
The switch sides.
Assume the starting position! Start the exercise! 1-2-3-4-up-2-down-4! …3 and stop!
Place the bean bag on your left foot and stand on your right lag, then raise your left leg a few centimeters off the floor and put your hands on your hips!
Raise the bean bag forward to the horizontal position! 1-2!
Lower it back! 3-4!
Continue the exercise! 1-2-3-4-up-2-down-4! …3 and relax!
Starting position: standing on right leg, left leg in front, the bean bag on left foot, hands on hips. Assume the starting position! Raise the bean bag forward! 1-2!
Lower the bean bag into the starting position! 3-4!
Continue the exercise! 1-2-3-4-up-2-down-4! …3 and relax!
Starting position: standing upright, the bean bag on top of the head, arms at the sides, shoulder level
1 beat: swinging left knee forward, arms up and overhead;
2 beat: the leg and arms lowering into the starting position;
3-4 beat: repeat beats 1-2 in a reverse order.
Assume the starting position! Start the exercise! 1-2-3-4-swing-down-right-le! ¬…3 and relax!
Bring your legs together, put the bean bag on top of your head and stretch your arms to the sides, to should level!
Perform the left knee swing forward; bring your arms up, overhead! 1!
Bring your arms and the leg down into the starting position! 2!
Switch sides! 3! Back! 4!
Continue the exercise!

Starting position: standing upright, the bean bag on top of the head, arms at the sides, shoulder level. Assume the starting position!
The left knee swing forward; arms up, overhead! 1!
Leg and arms down into the starting position! 2!
Switch sides! 3-4!
