V.5. Rhythm ability

Rhythm ability in general (Polgar, Szatmari.e.n.):

Rhythm is a regular pattern in time, characterized by a repeated pattern of movement. For humans, the most important rhythm ability is called biorhythm.

The biorhythm is generally characterized by the periodically repeated processes of life (sleep, work etc.). If the pattern is altered, the body reacts to a certain degree. What we need to know of the biorhythm is that it is regulated by the so-called biological clock which contributes to the biological (genetic) periodic activities.

To sum this up, the rhythm of movements is understood as the regular or irregular reflection of partial movements at the same or different speed in cyclic or acyclic format.

Its features include the fragmentation of speed changes and the coordination of partial movements.
