V.1.3. Forms of effort grouped according to intensity

  1. The maximum intensity of effort which is manifested in one possible implementation;                 
  2. Submaximal intensity of effort which is implemented in 2-4 repetitions without relaxation or stopping.
  3. Moderate intensity of effort which is applied in 5-12 repetitions without relaxation or stopping.
  4. Low intensity effort which is over 12 repetitions without relaxations or stopping
