III.6. Adult age II

(35-55/60 years): This phase of life can be called the period of creativity characterized by work, lifestyle etc. No significant changes occur in motor skill development. The movements are very certain, efficient and economical, the individual characteristics are stable. The conditional abilities start to regress at around 45 years for women and 50 years for men. This can be determined and effectively influenced by training. This decline does not necessarily affect work related movements.
