III.5. Adult age I
(21-35 years): the final development of the individual characteristics of motor skills. Such as the motor activity rate, rhythm and range of motion. The men’s movements are usually more economical, and relaxed. The women’s movements are softer, more varied and expressive. The performance gap between men and women in the conditional abilities is more and more pronounced. There is no difference however in the coordination abilities.
