VIII.4. Bathing rules

A person in the water  – except for a rescue situation  –

Cannot be approached by 10 m with a boat or water sport equipment and the bather has to be bypassed so that he/she is to stay between the vehicle and the riverside.   The person in the water needs to be warned and the speed of the vehicle has to be reduced so that it would not generate waves near the person.

The tour leader is entitled to give permission for leaving the vehicle with the aim of swimming.

The swimmer has to be followed – ready for rescue operation - with the vehicle until he/she is safe.
