I.6. The structure of the paper

The former pages have introduced the significance of recreation from different points of view.  In many cases references can be found within the chapters . For all readers it might be important to have a closer look at those works because they represent significant works by leading Hungarian specialists. 

Following the first, introductory chapter,  Chapter I describe tourism, sports tourism from a theoratical as well as from a practical point of view. Consequently this chapter includes topics like nature walking, hiking, winter camping, skiing, and kayaking, canoeing.  These topics are primarily recommended for autonomous learners, since due to he relatively small number of taught lessons in our training program there is no possibility to cover the previously mentioned topics in their full scope.
