The role of ski binding is to create a contact between the skis and the boots. With other words it fastens the skis to the boots. When selecting the binding the following points need to be considered:

• Activity expected
• Difficulty of ski slopes

In summary, it can be stated that there are significant differences between bindings for men, women and children. If we buy it it is advisable to buy skis with attached bindings.  

It is also advisable to ask a ski binding specialist to adjust our release force setting. It is important to have the brakes checked, too.  If the brakes do not operate properly, we can cause accidents, or, we can lose our ski for ever.
