V.1. Preparations

It is the best if preparations are made 6-months or even a year before the season, or the start-date of the camp. Organizational tasks may vary depending on our needs. First of all, we need to decide if we want to organize it, or, we intend to pass the task of organization on to a travel agent. Whichever method we choose, it is of utmost importance to have a clear idea what we want/need.

There are situations, when there are no ideal conditions at our disposal and our plans cannot come true. In this case it is necessary to compromise and organize/manage our camp thinking positively. One of the most important conditions is the help of a good and experienced team. In addition, we have to be familiar with the venue (if we do not know it, we have to travel there before the start-date to look around and collect information).
