Cold shower
Its use is recommended after taking hot baths. It has a refreshing effect.
A fact of interest: If we cool our skin, for example by taking cold shower, the heat loss is to be compensated for. The body will burn carbohydrates to achieve this aim. After a time only the body fat remains to be burnt, so, on the long run, regular cold showers might lead to weight loss.
