A kurzus átfogó ismereteket nyújt a hallgatóknak a gimnasztika, gyermektorna témakörében, figyelembe véve a Kerettanterv tananyagát az 5-6. osztályokban. Gyakorlati példák, rajzok, videók segítségével sajátíthatják el az oktatandó tananyagot, oktatás-módszertanát.
