V.1.4. Opening the camp, getting acquainted with each other:

Introducing teachers, leaders, assistants etc.
Introduction to the aim and the main tasks of the camp.
Introduction to the house rules: use of rooms, bathrooms, (absolutely necessary if they are shared), keys to the rooms, use of other rooms (storage rooms, sauna, shared kitchen, playroom, fitness room etc.), Smoking rules and smoking areas. Rules of drinking alcoholic drinks. Consequences if rules are not kept. Permission to leave the accomodation site. Means of local travel.
Daily schedule. (Wake-up time, breakfast time and place, common, compulsory programs, free time activities. Lunch time and place, afternoon compulsory programs, dinner time and place, evening programs (compulsory and free time).
Modification of the daily schedule, if necessary. To do list. Naming the person(s) in charge.
