Professional view is that before testing motor movements students should not offer too strenuous warm ups. To optimize muscle tone and ease muscle tension it would be worth starting the test with less difficult stretching exercises. This should be followed by a block of tests, such as walking and running, that increases circulation. This delivery system should be more intensive than the previous ones
