III.7. Old age
(55/60-75 years): the motor skills begin their rapid decline at over 60 years for women and over 70 for men. With the years passing this decline becomes more pronounced and is reflected in the coordination abilities and also extends to work related movements. The old age is characterized by increased motor performance variability which may be affected by the nature of physical activity, lifestyle and health conditions as well.
