- The maximum intensity of effort which is manifested in one possible implementation;
- Submaximal intensity of effort which is implemented in 2-4 repetitions without relaxation or stopping.
- Moderate intensity of effort which is applied in 5-12 repetitions without relaxation or stopping.
- Low intensity effort which is over 12 repetitions without relaxations or stopping
