Abstract

Elméleti bevezetés az állampolgári és idegenjoghoz: az alapvető fogalmak meghatározása, a jogterület jogrendszeri helye, a szabályozás társadalmi és politikai háttere, a kapcsolódó alkotmányos keretek, különösen a migráció társadalmi jelensége és a migráns személyének alkotmányos védelme vonatkozásában.

English abstract

Theoretical introduction to the citizens' and aliens' law: definition of the fundamental concepts, the place and the role of the legal field in the legal orders, the social and political context and its consequences on the legal regulation, the constitutional regulation, especially as regards to the social phenomenon of migration and the constitutional protection of migrants.
