The place of the francophonie in the world
Abstract
La Francophonie a connu depuis sa création en 1970, une évolution marquée par des réformes institutionnelles pour renforcer son action politique dans le monde. Dans un contexte de mondialisation, elle initie et mène des actions d'appuis techniques et de sensibilisation auprès de ses membres. En effet, ce cours traite l’évolution de la Francophonie sur le plan historique, idéologique, institutionnel, politique, économique, ... Il s’appuie sur les identités de l’organisation et la nature des ses actions. Il met à la disposition des étudiants les outils nécessaires leur permettant d’analyser et d’apprécier la place de la Francophonie dans le monde.
English abstract
Since its creation in 1970, the Francophonie has evolved through institutional reforms to strengthen its political action around the world. In a context of globalization, it initiates and carries out actions of technical support and sensitization among its members. Indeed, this course deals with the evolution of the Francophonie on the historical, ideological, institutional, political, economic, ... It relies on the identities of the organization and the nature of its actions. It provides students with the tools they need to analyze and appreciate the place of the Francophonie in the world.
