Abstract

- Introduction and basic concepts of the EU law. - Az EU történetének, az egyes alapítószerződés-módosítások és a bővítési körök megismerése. - Az EU intézményrendszere, a 7 fő intézmény és az EU szerveinek bemutatása. - Az EU jogforrásainak általános jellemzői, elsődleges és másodlagos jogforrások. - Az EU jogalkotási/döntéshozatali eljárásait ismerheti meg a hallgató, valamint ezek folyamatait. - Uniós jog és belső jog viszonya. - Az Európai Unió Bíróságainak szervezeti felépítése és általános eljárási szabályainak elsajátítása. - Az Európai Bíróságok közötti hatáskörmegosztás és az egyes konkrét eljárások ismertetése. - Az uniós polgárság alapjainak, jellemzőinek bemutatása, valamint kapcsolódó jogosultságok ismertetése. - Az egységes belső piac kialakulásának, működésének és legfontosabb szabályainak bemutatása. - A vállalatokra és a tagállamokra vonatkozó versenyszabályok az EU-ban.

- Introduction and basic concepts of the EU law. - The origins and evolution of European integration. The amendment of Founding Treaties and the enlargement process of the EU. - EU Institutional system: the main institutions and bodies of the EU. - Legal sources of the EU,general characteristics of sources, primary and secondary law. - The decision-making process and the adoption of the primary and secondary law of EU law. - Relation between the EU law and the national laws of the Member States. - The institutional system of the Court of Justice of the European Union and it's procedure in general. - The jurisdiction of the Court of Justice of the EU and the characteristics of each main procedure. - The basis and main characteristics of the EU citizenship and the rights of the EU citizens. - The evolution, functioning and the main characteristics of the internal market. - Competition provisions for enterprises and Member States of the EU.
